Submarine chaser SC 354 was assigned to Plymouth, England (Base 27) during the war.

From Sweeping the North Sea Mine Barrage, a publication of the Department of the Navy, Mine Force division, 1919: Crew photo and list, mine sweeping division. After the Armistice, Lt. Dole took command of SC 354 and led a unit of chasers to Archangel, Russia to assist with the evacuation of troops. SC 354 then returned to England and helped clear the North Sea of mines.
