Note the pipe frame for the bimini, the canvas up, and the Charlie Noble pipe from the galley stove extended up through the canvas.
Also note the wooden cover for the rudder quadrant. The cables from the curved guide on the rudder quadrant are the rudder cables, connected to the wheel mechanism. In the event of a broken cable, the wooden cover would be lifted and a hand tiller used to steer the chaser.
