In September 1919, when the mine sweeping operations in the North Sea were completed, the chasers were sent to Devonport so that preparations could be made for the return trip to New York.

This involved time in drydock, to re-caulk the boats, repaint, and make repairs. These photos were taken at the dry dock in Devonport.
